Silicone patch
A moulded rubber patch with raised edges. It holds fine detail and strong colour, and keeps its shape for the life of the cap.
3D embroidered patch
The same raised stitching, worked on its own badge with a sewn edge, then set on the cap. A crisp outline around your logo.
3D embroidery
Thread stitched over a foam base so the logo stands up off the cap. Best for bold letters and simple shapes.
Flat embroidery
Classic stitching straight into the fabric. Handles thin lines and small text, and never goes out of style.
